Specialities and Highlights

The dynamic menu features new dishes and cocktails weekly, while remaining faithful to old favorites, such as the signature Jalapeno Mojito and the Chipotle Glazed Double Baked Baby Back Ribs.

Our take on a rotating menu means there is something for everyone! Whether you are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian or a total carnivore, you are going to find a dish to your liking.

Our salads feature hydroponic lettuce and herbs and then are piled high with interesting elements and delicious dressing. Our pastas are all made in house and our gluten free Gnudi (Naked Ravioli) is a favorite for vegetarians. By far our most popular dish is the Chipotle Glazed Double Baked Baby Back Ribs- so tender you eat them with a knife and fork!

Roatan Oasis boasts an impressive wine list, crafts cocktails that feature seasonal fruits, and the most extensive selection of beers on the island. Our cocktails are made from scratch with fresh fruits, herbs and house infused liquor. Our most popular cocktail is the Jalapeno Mojito, made with house infused chili vodka and locally grown Thai Basil it is slightly sweet, spicy and definitely satisfyingly different. If you are not fond of spice, perhaps a Grapefruit Gin Fizz is more to your liking- fresh squeezed grapefuit juice, gin and cucumber with a splash of club soda (this is a staff favorite!)

Our food is great, but you may feel the highlight of the night is the service! We have a fantastic team here, all of who work together to make the dining experience at Roatan Oasis a highlight of your vacation. They are passionate about our food (and cocktails!)

The most lively night of the week is definitely Thursday when we have live music by Scotty C starting at 6.30pm.

What makes us happy is food! Our happy hour takes the form of a Pre Fixed menu from 5:00pm - 7:00pm Monday to Thursday. This menu features a choice of 3 appetizers, 3 mains courses and 2 desserts. 2 courses for USD $20.00 and 3 courses for USD $23.00.

If you want to see what we have been up to and our new creations, we update our website menu and facebook frequently

Actions taken to promote environmental or social sustainability

Since opening, we have used biodegradable take-out containers, straws, and to go cups. We even encourage customers to bring their own containers if they are ordering food to go.

We use cloth napkins, not paper napkins. We avoid using plastic bottles and cans (the small number which we do use get recycled).

We avoid plastic bags from the veggie trucks and resort to grocery shopping with reusable bags or coolers.

We encourage all customers who ask for bug spray to avoid using harsh chemicals such as Deet. Instead we offer an environmentally friendly, organic option - Aegis - All Natural.

We comply with the Bay Islands Responsible Seafood Guide. We only serve legal sized lobster during the season and the lobsters are sourced from a reputable company.

We also support local fisherman by buying their fresh sustainable catch when available.

We buy in bulk to minimizing packaging.

We have just completed a very unique grey water filtration system using glass bottles which we have accumulated over the years. We also have a 3 stage septic system to properly treat sewage water.

Regularly support different island charities including Roatan Marine Park and SOL.

We compost all of our organic waste from the garden and are looking at composting all organic waste from the kitchen in the future.

We currently grow and use plantains, island pumpkins, basil and a few other vegetables in our menu.

During construction of the restaurant and development of the property we avoided cutting down trees and we maintained a healthy amount of plant life all over, including flowers for the bees.
