Actions taken to promote environmental or social sustainability

We have a reduce and reuse system for our beverage cups. They are made from recycled plastic and they are recyclable but on top of that it is yours to keep and when you bring it in on your next visit then you get refill price which is USD $2.00 off.

All of our other cups and straws are bought from the Roatan Marine Park and are biodegradable.

Our To Go containers are also biodegradable.

We have been connected to the west end municipal sewage treatment plant.

We only buy our seafood from the responsible seafood source. We do not serve anything that is not in season.

We no longer sell bottled water, we offer free filtered instead.

We are always working on more ways to be the best we can be to help keep this beautiful island as healthy as possible for many years to come!
