Specialities and Highlights

We specialize in Asian inspired rice bowls, the ideal dish to fill up on during dive surface intervals. Our coffee is delicious Honduran coffee freshly ground to order for an array of espresso style drinks.

It is all complemented with Asian styled tapas with a local flair, delicious cocktails, and soft ambient beats that play in the background as we cheer on the sun set.

Actions taken to promote environmental or social sustainability

We use compostable take-out containers, carton straws, plus we re-purpose wine bottles which we use as drinking glasses.

We comply with the Bay Islands Responsible Seafood Guide, by virtue of no longer serving any seafood on our menu.

Where possible we try and source everything from Honduras, our coffee is organic from the Honduran region of Copan, plus our cashews come from Roatan.

We try to avoid using plastic bottles and recycle those that we do use.
